Prayer is the one time when we can slow down and focus on God, on what he has done for us and on what he will do for and with us.  We can take the time to reflect on how wondrous he is and thank him for all we have and all that is good.  It is also the time when we can bring our needs and the needs of others to him and ask for his help.


We ask God, the Father, Son and Spirit to Bless us and protect us and we ask Mary, Jesus' mother to pray with and for us.
